1. General
Attendees must be a current account of Dix Performance and be an invited guest.
Account must be current and in good standing to attend the trade show.
Show orders, meeting or exceeding the agreed to minimum commitment must be submitted between February 16th to February 17th, 2024. Orders received after Febraury 19th, 2024 will not be eligible for the exclusive show discounts and incentives.
Once registered, any cancellations must be received before travel is booked or you will be charged the full amount of the travel & accommodations.
The purchase of crate engines, superchargers or transmissions will not count towards the qualifying minimum order amount.
Failure to comply with our minimum order requirement or payment in full will result in a charge back of the costs associated with attending the show.
Failure to stay in good standing may result in the full outstanding order amount due immediately plus the cost of the flight, hotel, and any door prizes won.
2. Attendee Obligations
The Attendee shall refrain from any conduct that would detract from the image, integrity or professionalism of Dix Performance North LTD.
The Attendee shall maintain the confidentiality of privileged information entrusted by Dix Performance North LTD.
The Attendee shall make reasonable effort to minimize conflicts between events which may be hosted by the Exhibitor and the Annual Trade Shows scheduled activities.
Attendees must wear appropriate apparel at all times. Business or business casual attire is suggested.
3. Damages
Dix Performance North LTD is not and shall not be liable for any damages, whether direct, indirect, general, special, consequential or other-wise, to the Attendee, its agents and employees or visitors to its trade show.
4. Code of Conduct for Attendees
Dix Performance North LTD is committed to the highest standard of respect and dignity at all of its events. All exhibitors, delegates, speakers, sponsors, volunteers and staff at the 2024 Annual Conference and Tradeshow must comply with Dix Performance North LTD's Code of Conduct. The code mandates that attendees conduct themselves in a safe and welcoming manner - free from harassment or discrimination. This core ethical standard applies to all facets of the Conference, including social events, study tours, workshops, plenaries, meetings, exhibitor tradeshow and social gatherings where delegates, exhibitors, sponsors, speakers, volunteers and staff are in attendance.
Dix Performance North LTD does not tolerate harassment of any kind. Should you be subject to, or witness any, inappropriate behavior or threatening behavior or language, please notify a Dix Performance North LTD staff member. Anyone found to be acting in such a manner will have their registration revoked and asked to leave the premises immediately.
